BRISTOL - Robert “Bob” K. Garber, 95, of Bristol, passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at Heritage Point, Mishawaka.
He was born June 16, 1922, in Goshen, to Earl and Bertha (Kauffman) Garber.
He is survived by his wife of 74 years, Olene (Gardner) Garber; five children, Terry (Pam) Garber of Bristol, Steve (Linda) Garber of Middlebury, Jerry ( Jeanne) Garber of Vandalia, Michigan, Sheryl (Bruce) Kooker of Apple Creek, Ohio and Wanda (Dean) Weirich of Middlebury; 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Marion, (Florence) Garber of Goshen.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson, Sheldon Garber; two brothers, Maurice and Lamar Garber; and two sisters, Donnabelle Hoover and Betty Betzelberger.
A lifetime area farmer, Bob was a member of Pleasant View Mennonite Church.
He was known for his firm handshake and generous spirit.
He helped build or remodel his children’s homes and while volunteering at Rio Grande Bible Institute in Edinburg, Texas, he helped build six campus buildings.
He enjoyed traveling and fishing in Canada.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 29, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home and one hour prior to the 11 a.m. Friday, June 30, funeral service at Pleasant View Mennonite Church. Pastors Tyler Hartford and Ron Diener and Deacon Norm Maust will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Garretson, Delmar Joseph
July 31, 1952 - May 6, 2017
Delmar Joseph Garretson, beloved husband of Leanna (Hostetler) Garretson of Berryville, Arkansas was born July 31, 1952 to Joseph and Mabel Garretson at Princeton, Illinois. He peacefully passed away at his home in Berryville, Arkansas on May 6, 2017 at the age of 64 years, 9 months and 6 days.
In September of 2000 he had a stroke which left him partially handicapped. In December of 2014, he had a second stroke causing further complications. He broke his hip in December of 2016, and after spending time in the hospital and a 5 & 1/2 week stay at Hillcrest Home for rehab, he came home where he was lovingly cared for by his wife and family. He readily expressed his appreciation, always thanking us for everything. He enjoyed when the family came, taking special interest in the grandchildren.
He accepted Christ as his personal Saviour, was baptized in his youth and was a member of the Bethel Amish Mennonite Church to which he remained faithful until death.
On November 23, 1972, he was united in marriage to Leanna Hostetler, daughter of Oscar and Rachel Hostetler, sharing the joys and sorrows together for over 44 years. To this union was born 1 son and 4 daughters; Charles and wife, Joni Garretson of Montrose, CO, and 2 children, Jade and Acton; Marlea and husband, Jason Kropf of Berryville, AR and 6 children, Jacey and husband, Cole, Javon, Matt, Marla, Marci and Jaylea; Lanae and husband, Marlin Kropf of Wendell, ID, and 6 children, Austin, Ashley, Valerie, Westin, Evan and Lindsey; Lillian and husband, Rodney Blosser of Buffalo, MO, and 3 children, Dallas, Devin and Kensi; Marisa and husband, Abe Knox of Berryville, AR, and 6 children, Layne, Lee, Kade, Kailey, Kia and Andrew. Also surviving are 4 brothers, Duane and wife, Eunice Garretson of Sedalia, MO; Clayton and wife, Eldyth Garretson of Shelbina, MO; Virgil and wife, Sandra Garretson of Sheffield, IL; Marvin and wife, Londa Garretson of Prophetstown, IL; 5 sisters, Marilyn and husband, Loyal Kropf of Tampico, IL; Carol and husband, Roy Hostetler of Nashville, AR; Cheryl and husband, Rex Hostetler of Nashville, AR; Clara and husband, Vince Hostetler of Maquoketa, IA; Clarene and husband, Aldine Hostetler of Bellevue, IA; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mabel Garretson and 1 son-in-law, Kevin Kempf.
The family expresses a sincere thank you for all the prayers, food and thoughtful acts of kindness during his time of illness and death. All who care to, are invited to the school for the noon meal.

Geiser, James Richard, 56, of Dalton, went home to be the Lord on Saturday, April 8, 2017 following a brief battle with cancer.
He was born in Orrville on January 11, 1961 to Herb and Luella (Steiner) Geiser and married Julia Stutzman on June 6, 1980. She survives.
He lived all of his life in the Kidron/Dalton area. He was a wonderful loving husband and father who had a big heart. He was known for his big garden and was the former owner of Geiser Trucking and was also a farmer.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his parents of Apple Creek; 7 children, Jeffrey (Ada) Geiser of Massillon, Anita (Lynn) Neuenschwander of Dalton, Richard Geiser of Navarre, Shawn (Brenda) Geiser of Dalton, Philip Geiser of Dalton, Megan Geiser of Dalton and Ryan (fiancé Beverly Zimmerman) Geiser of Dalton; 9 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Merle (Joyce) Geiser of Apple Creek and Larry (Suetta) Geiser of Conrath, WI; 3 sisters, Karen VanPelt of Columbiana, Delores (Glenn) Hershberger of Leetonia and Jolene (Mark) Hershberger of Apple Creek.
He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, William VanPelt.
Friends may call on Monday from 6-8 PM and Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Faith Haven Mennonite Church, 8865 TR 635, Fredericksburg (located behind Stone Barn Furniture on SR 241, North of Mt. Hope). Geiser, Velma Elizabeth Thomas, 83, of Dalton, Wayne Co., OH died January 2, 2017 at Aultman Hospital, Canton, Stark Co., OH from cancer.
She was born November 29, 1933 at Somerset Co., PA to Elmer Franklin and Elda Elizabeth (Livingston) Thomas. Elmer was born March 9, 1906 and died January 4, 1993. Elda was born August 27, 1902 and died August 28, 1990.
On May 5, 1956 at Johnstown, PA she was married to Wilson Chester Geiser who was born March 22, 1928 and died October 17, 1996.
Surviving are two daughters, Vernelda (Ross) Geiser Weber; and Lucy (Rod) Geiser Lehman; two grandchildren, a sister, Nada (Leonard) Thomas Geiser, and two brothers, Maynard Thomas and Paul Thomas.
Her siblings, Kermit Thomas, Coevel Thomas, and Mary Thomas preceded her in death.
Memorial services were held January 6, 2017 at Sonnenberg Mennonite Church, Kidron, Wayne Co., OH with burial in the adjoining cemetery.
Geiser, Velma Mae Good

DALTON - Velma Mae Geiser, 71, of Dalton, passed away Tuesday morning, May 23, 2017, at Aultman Hospital in Canton.
Velma was born Sept. 11, 1945, in Orrville, to Willis and Bertha (Eberly) Good and graduated from Dalton High School in 1962. She married Gerald Geiser on May 26, 1968, in Dalton, and lived all her life in the Dalton/Orrville area. He survives.
She accepted Christ as her Savior in her youth and was a member of Immanuel Christian Fellowship.
Surviving in addition to her husband, are; children, Melanie (Lester) Fox of Shiloh, Brian (Rita) Geiser of Lakeville, Renee Geiser, of Dalton, Sheryl (Stephen) Martin of Woodbury, Tenn., Harley (Janice) Geiser and Janice (Allen) Kuhns, both of Wagener, S.C., and Valerie (Steve) Weaver of Orrville; 21 grandchildren; a brother, Marvin; and sisters, Esther, Arlene, Ruth, Dorothy, Anna Lois and Carolyn.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Luella.
Services will be Friday, May 26 at 10 a.m. at East Union Mennonite Church, 10678 Old Lincoln Way, Orrville, with ministers of the church officiating. Burial will be in Immanuel Christian Fellowship Cemetery.

Ginder, Edna K. Kreider, 96, formerly of Mount Joy, passed away peacefully at Landis Homes on Monday, October 30, 2017. She was the wife of Jacob S. Ginder, with whom she celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary on September 4, 2017. She was born in West Hempfield Township, daughter of the late Elmer S. and Esther M. Minnich Kreider. Edna was the oldest member of Mountville Mennonite Church where she had been a member since 1933. She enjoyed her grandchildren, flowers, birds (Cardinals), visiting family and friends, singing with the Moments of Glad Tidings Chorus, and she faithfully served her husband and children, helping them for many years on their family farms.
Surviving in addition to her husband, one son: Nelson K. Ginder, husband of Mary (Harnish) Ginder, Mount Joy. Two daughters: Ruth, wife of Merrill Borntrager, Mount Joy and Arlene, wife of David Keller, East Berlin. Two grandsons. Ten granddaughters. Twelve great-grandchildren. Three sisters: Dorothy Ruppert (the late William Ruppert); Betty Funk (the late Curtis Funk); Arlene Kreider. One brother: Lester Kreider (Laura Mae). In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother: Melvin Kreider (the late Anna Mary Boll) and one sister: Esther Landis (the late Daniel Landis).

SHIPSHEWANA - Ezra J. Gingerich, 93, of Shipshewana, died Tuesday, April 4, 2017.
He was born Jan. 28, 1924, to Jacob J. and Annie (Schrock) Gingerich.
On Nov. 7, 1946, he married Ruby Viola Slabach; she died in1950. On Feb. 12, 1953, he married Mary Ellen Miller; she died in 2002.
Surviving are two daughters, Norma Lambright and Marlene Mast; two sons, Wilford Dean and Marvin Gingerich; three sisters, Emma Schrock, Elizabeth Miller, Ella Schrock; four sisters-in-law, Edna Schmucker, Anna Belle Mast, Orpha Miller, Louella Cross, three sisters, Emma Schrock, Elizabeth (Leroy) Miller and Ella Schrock.
He was preceded in death by his parents; both wives; a grandson; three sisters; and two brothers.
Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Thursday and all day Friday at family’s residence, 4865 W. 300 N., Shipshewana.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, April 8, at Alton Bontrager residence, 2780 N. 500 W., Shipshewana.
Burial will be in East Barren Cemetery.
Gingerich, Myron Dean

Myron Dean Gingerich, 19, of 11655 Shenenberg Rd., Guys Mills, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, June 6, 2017, due to a fatal automobile accident.
Myron was born in Meadville, on October 18, 1997, a son of William and Ruth Ann (Yoder) Gingerich. He was a member of Pleasant View Conservative Mennonite Church, Cochranton.
In addition to his parents, William and Ruth Ann Gingerich, Myron is survived by one special aunt Marilyn Yoder and many more aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents, Andy and Anna Gingerich and Menno and Frances Yoder.
Visitation is today from 6-8 PM and Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 at Pleasant View Conservative Mennonite Church, 3488 County Line Rd., Cochranton where Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, June 10, 2017.
Myron will be laid to rest in Frenchtown Amish Cemetery.

GOSHEN - Shirley Elizabeth (Erb) Gingerich died March 25, 2017.
Shirley was born to Jacob and Erma (Miller) Erb on Dec. 4, 1919, in rural Johnson County, Iowa. She was the eldest of four children.
She graduated from Center High School and attended Goshen College where she earned a teaching certificate. She was a teacher in a one-room school in Iowa, and she taught one year at Parkside School in Goshen.
At Goshen College, she met Roman Gingerich, and they were married in 1941. Roman died in 1989.
Their five children are Sara Wengerd, Jim Gingerich, June (Fred) Yoder, Carolyn (John) Johns and Charlotte (Burdette) Gunden. Grandchildren are Heidi Wengerd, Kristin (Jon) Friesen, Jessica (Phil) Yoder Smucker, Megan (Isaac) Brody, Christopher (Jessica Martin) Gingerich, Elizabeth (Kurt) Neufeld and Joseph Gunden.
There are five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Shirley was preceded in death by her siblings Lois (Don) Liechty, Carley June (Galen) Miller and Lowell (Lola Faye) Erb. John Wengerd, a son-in-law, died in 1991, and Molly Gingerich, a daughter-in-law, died in 2011.
As well as teaching school, Shirley worked as a unit secretary at Goshen Hospital and in the dietary department at Greencroft. She lived in Thailand, Costa Rica and Nicaragua with overseas programs through Goshen College.
She also participated in the SOOP Program (Service Opportunities for Older Persons), working in San Antonio and Albuquerque, volunteered with Meals on Wheels and visited her friends at Greencroft Healthcare.
She was a member of Goshen College Mennonite Church.
Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Friday, April 14 in the Koinonia Room at College Mennonite Church. An 11 a.m. memorial service at College Mennonite Church will be on Saturday, April 15.
Preferred memorials are the Roman and Shirley Erb Gingerich Athletic Scholarship Fund at Goshen College or the Encircling Fund at College Mennonite Church.

Gingerich, Shirley Elizabeth Erb, 97, of Goshen, Elkhart Co., IN died March 25, 2017 at the same place. She was born December 4, 1919 at Wellman, IA to Jacob L. and Erma (Miller) Erb. On August 24, 1941 she was married to Roman L. Gingerich, who was born December 28, 1919 and died January 15, 1989.
Surviving are children, Sara Wengerd; Jim Gingerich; June (Fred) Yoder; Carolyn (John) Johns; and Charlotte (Burdette) Gunden; seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
His siblings, Lois (Don) Liechty; Carley June (Galen) Miller; and Lowell (Lola Fay) Erb preceded her in death.
Memorial services were held April 15, 2017 at College Mennonite Church, Goshen, IN.
Gingerich, William "Bill", 87, of Burton, passed away peacefully at his daughters home in Middlefield, Thursday morning, October 19th, 2017. He was born in Burton, OH on January 26th, 1930 to the late Amos and Ida (Yoder) Gingerich. Bill later married Bertha Borntreger on June 5th, 1956.
He participated in the Citizen's Service Corps during World War II by volunteering countless hours at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna. Bill then worked at Johnson Rubber before retiring in 1995. He loved music and played the guitar and harmonica. Bill was a great handyman who could fix or repair anything. He enjoyed woodworking, especially making birdhouses. Bill also liked to fix up old VW Beetle cars and camping in his VW Camper Van.
Bill will be greatly missed by: his loving wife of 61 years, Bertha; children, Juanita (Gary) Matheny, Ronald (Mary Ann) Gingerich, Marilyn (Robert) Reckart; grandchildren, Justin (Ann Bomberger) Gingerich, Clayton Gingerich, Halle (fiance, Tim Miller) Gingerich, Courtney Matheny, William Matheny; siblings, Melbern Gingerich, Ada Mullet, Abe (Betty) Gingerich, Susan (Noah "Willie") Borntreger; Amos (Mary) Gingerich, Barb (Harry) Yoder, Ruth (Bill) Detweiler, Paul Gingerich; sister-in-law, Hester Gingerich; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He is preceded in death by: his parents; brothers, Owen Gingerich, Allen Gingerich; brother-in-law, Albert Mullet; and sister-in-law, Sara Gingerich.

Glanzer, Melvin Paul, 88, of Freeman, Hutchinson Co., SD died February 18, 2017 at the same place.
He was born January 4, 1929 at Dolton, Hutchinson Co., SD to David D. and Susie (Wipf) Glanzer. David was born March 21, 1898 and died March 4, 1997. Susie was born February 17, 1905 and died April 7, 2005.
On April 17, 1955 at Freeman, SD he was married to Rosella Gross, who was born June 2, 1933 and survives.
Surviving is a daughter, Linda (Dennis) Schrag; a sister, Alice (Abe) Buller and a brother, Wesley (Cara) Glanzer.
A sister, Selma (Don) Olson preceded him in death.
Memorial services were held February 23, 2017 at Hutterthal Mennonite Church, Freeman, SD with burial in the adjoining cemetery.

GOSHEN - Elizabeth Mae Glick, 60, of Goshen, passed away Saturday, Feb. 25.
She was born Sept. 20, 1956, in Topeka, to John and Verna (Yoder) Hershberger Glick.
She is survived by three sisters, Katie (Larry) Mast and Mary Ellen Sisson, both of Goshen and Ann Randall of Boone, N. C. and a brother, Melvin (Mary) Hershberger of Topeka; eight nieces and nephews; and 12 grandnieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Daniel Hershberger; and a brother-in-law, Mike Sisson.
Family and friends may call Tuesday, Feb. 28, afternoon and evening at the Melvin Hershberger residence, 8765 W. 700 S, Topeka.
A Wednesday, March 1, funeral service will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Hershberger residence.

WOLCOTTVILLE - Maggie I. Glick, 90, died Wednesday, April 12, 2017.
Ms. Glick was born June 22, 1926, in Eden Township, LaGrange, to Noah N. and Mary Nan (Christner) Glick.
Surviving are two sisters, Viola Farmwald and Ruby Nussbaum; three brothers, Harvey, Walter and Gerald Glick.
Along with her parents, two brothers, Virgil and Stanley Glick preceded her in death.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 18, at the Topeka Mennonite Church, 206 E. Lake St., Topeka.
Pastor Harold Gingerich will officiate the service.
Burial will take place at 10 a.m.Tuesday, April 18, at Maple Grove Cemetery, Topeka.
Visitation will take place from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday, April 17, at Frurip-May Funeral Home, 309 W. Michigan St., LaGrange.

Godshall, Ernest Derstein, 97, of Souderton, Montgomery Co., PA (formerly of Lansdale, PA) died January 19, 2017 at the same place. He was born January 5, 1920 at Lansdale, Montgomery Co., PA to Charles and Mary (Derstein) Godshall. On June 8 1941 he was married to Eva Halteman, who was born December 31, 1921 and died September 17, 2013.
Surviving are daughter-in-law, Paulette Fly; son, Ernest H Godshall, Jr. (wife, Carolyn); son, Kenneth B. Godshall (wife, Carol); nine grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, ten great-great-grandchildren.
A son, Ronald Godshall; a daughter, Sandra Godshall; and two brothers, Willis Godshall and Curtis Godshall, preceded him in death.
Memorial services were held January 23, 2017 at Souderton Mennonite Homes, Souderton, PA with burial in Plains Mennonite Cemetery, Hatfied, Montgomery Co., PA.
Ernest owned and operated the Godshall's Poultry Stand at the Reading Terminal Farmer's Market, Philadelphia, PA for more than 30 years.
Godshall, Stanley G., 93, of Harleysville, Montgomery Co., PA died March 24, 2017 at the same place from a heart attack.
He was born February 19, 1924 at Franconia, Montgomery Co., PA to Samuel S. and Mary (Yoder) Godshall. Samuel was born August 12, 1882 and died October 4, 1965. Mary was born February 21, 1883 and died February 27, 1961.
On April 4, 1942 at Line Lexington, PA he was married to Minerva Landis, who was born May 14, 1924 and died August 2, 2012
Surviving are children, Dolores Bauman (Wilbur), Pennsburg, PA, Leon Godshall (Carol), Manheim, PA, Norell Godshall, Ambler, PA, Samuel Godshall (Sharon), Souderton, PA, Luke Godshall (Suzanne), Springfield, VA, and Glenn Godshall (Cindy), Souderton, PA; 15 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren.
He had a dairy farm in Green Lane, PA. He also served as pastor of Perkiomenville Mennonite Church from 1964-1979.
Memorial services were held April 1, 2017 at Perkiomenville Mennonite Church, Perkiomenville, PA with burial in the adjoining cemetery.

GOSHEN — Vernon G. Goering, 73, of Goshen, died Tuesday, July 18, 2017.
He was born Aug. 8, 1943, in Pretty Prairie, Kansas, to Walter and Doris L. (Schrag) Goering.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Anna (Ens) Goering of Goshen; three sons, Russell (Laurie) Goering of Howell, Michigan, Randall J. (Marianne) Goering of South Bend and Reginald Goering of Alexandria, Virginia; five grandchildren, Tristan, Bryton, Kamden, Ashlyn and Gloria; and three siblings, Violet (Larry) Ballard of Wisconsin, Vera (Tom) Davis and Larry Goering, both of Kansas.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 28, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.
A private family graveside service will be Saturday, July 29 at Pleasant View Cemetery, followed by an 11 a.m. public memorial service at the church, 58529 C.R. 23, Goshen.

GOSHEN - Wilda M. (Metzger) Goering, 90, died Dec. 8, 2017, at Greencroft Healthcare, Goshen.
She was born Dec. 9, 1926, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Paul A. and Madeline (Jones) Metzger.
On Sept. 13, 1952, she married Paul L. Goering at Marquand Chapel, Yale Divinity School, New Haven, Connecticut, who preceded her in death on Sept. 26, 2014.
Together, they raised and nurtured their family first in Upland, California; then Wichita, Kansas, and Goshen.
Wilda graduated from Bucknell University and Hahnemann Hospital School of Nursing, Philadelphia.
In 1971, she began working as a nurse in the Goshen General Hospital pediatrics department and retired in 1986.
She was a member of Eighth Street Mennonite Church (Goshen) since 1969.
Her hobbies included devouring several novels each month, working crossword puzzles (in ink), and tending her flower gardens.
When her children were young, she volunteered for many school activities, served as a Cub Scout den mother, and created cleverly designed Halloween costumes from scratch.
As a founding member of the Carter Road Flora and Fauna Society (Goshen), she co-organized and actively participated in the group’s meetings and field trips.
She relished hosting gatherings and dinners in her home.
In her late 70s, during annual “snowbird” visits to Phoenix, Arizona, she participated with the local Women in Black chapter in silent vigils to bear witness against the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
She leaves her three children, Kurt A. (Teresa) Goering, of Phoenix, Arizona, Peter L. (Sara) Goering of Silver Spring, Maryland and Paula G. (Gordon) Harms, Rochester, Minnesota.; four grandsons, Joel (Emily), Samuel, Adam and Alexander Goering; and a brother, Paul A. Metzger Jr. of Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, at Eighth Street Mennonite Church with Pastor Brenda Sawatzky Paetkau officiating.
Visitation and refreshments will follow the service.
Interment of ashes will be at the cemetery of First Mennonite Church of Christian, Moundridge, Kansas, Paul’s boyhood congregation.

GOSHEN - Joyce Arlene Golden, 72, of Goshen, died Sunday, Oct. 29, 2017, at Lakeland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Milford.
She was born April 12, 1945, in Kokomo, to Gerald and Lola (Slabaugh) Mast.
On May 30, 1971, she married Jerry Golden in Kokomo.
He survives along with two children, Julie Golden of Fort Wayne and Jason (Andrea) Golden of New Paris; four grandchildren, Chelsie (Nathan) Penner, Jonathon Bigler, Brittany (Darrick) Braun and Carson Golden; a great-granddaughter, Abigail Penner; a sister, Waneta (Don) Haarer of Goshen; a brother, Weldon (Linda) Mast of Kokomo; and brother-in-law Clifford Frey of Goshen.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Wanda Frey.
She moved to Goshen in 1971 from Kokomo and worked at Greencroft for 25 years, retiring in 2007.
A 1963 graduate of Clay Township High School she did a year of voluntary service in Eureka, Illinois and prior to her marriage worked as a unit secretary at St. Joseph Hospital, Kokomo.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home and one hour prior to the 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 3, funeral service at Waterford Mennonite Church.

GOSHEN - Ivan L. Gongwer, 93, Goshen, formerly of Foraker, died Monday, Dec. 25, 2017 at Goshen Hospital.
He was born April 10, 1924 in Elkhart to Maurice and Olive (Stauffer) Gongwer. He married Ruby K. (Kauffman) Gongwer on Sept. 30, 1956 in Wakarusa and she died June 9, 2000.
Surviving are daughters, Deb (Ray) Bode, Elkhart, and Ann (Jeff) Spratt, Union, Michigan, five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one on the way.
Preceding him in death are his parents, wife, sister, Grace Hershberger and brothers, Nelson, Robert and Dale Gongwer.
Ivan worked at Vitreous Steel in Nappanee. He was a member of Holdeman Mennonite Church, enjoyed woodworking and worked on the family farm until 1967.

GOSHEN - M. Dale Gongwer, 86, of Goshen, died Saturday, Aug. 26, 2017.
He was born April 1, 1931, to Maurice Elmer and Olive (Stauffer) Gongwer.
He married Verna J. (Blosser) Gongwer and she died March 18, 2001.
Surviving are five children, Dennis (Kim) Gongwer, Steven (Brenda) Gongwer, Connie (Enos) Davidhizar, Beth (Jeffrey) Fervida and Michael (Sallie) Gongwer; brother Ivan Gongwer; 16 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his wife; parents; brothers Nelson and Robert Gongwer; and a sister, Grace Hershberger.
Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 31, at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret-Lienhart Funeral Home, Wakarusa.

Good, Alta M. Nolt, 87, of Lititz, formerly of Reamstown, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Wellspan Ephrata Community Hospital.
Born in Ephrata, she was the daughter of the late Noah and Edna (Martin) Nolt. Her husband of 64 years, Lloyd G. Good, died Nov. 1, 2016.
Alta was a homemaker and a member of Bowmansville Mennonite Church where she enjoyed working in the children's ministry. She also enjoyed traveling, flower gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving are two children, Charlotte, married to Ron Knauer of Greenville, SC, and Sidney, married to Cindy (Sauder) Good of Ephrata; a daughter-in-law, Anita Good of Reinholds; 8 grandchildren, Beth Olsen, Janelle Sevilla, Christy Fulfer, Andrew Knauer, Ryan Knauer, Timothy Knauer, Shannon Good, and Nicole Weaver; 12 great-grandchildren; a brother, Melvin, married to Edith (Hess) Nolt; a brother-in-law, Paul Moyer; and two sisters, Irene, married to Ben Stoltzfus, and Emma Krantz.

Good, Athalyn Hope Howard Driver, 91, of Harrisonburg, passed away June 2, 2017, at Sentara RMH Medical Center.
Mrs. Good was born Jan. 17, 1926, in Maine and was the daughter of the late Roscoe and Effie Dwyer Howard. She worked at the Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community until her retirement. She was a member of the Weavers Mennonite Church.
On Oct. 5, 1946, she married Harold Driver, who preceded her in death Nov. 7, 1986. She married Robert Good Jan. 17, 1991, and he preceded her in death Dec. 27, 2009.
Surviving are her son, Robert Harold Driver and wife, Julie, of Broadway; a stepdaughter, Karen Kuhns and husband, Don, of Harrisonburg; a stepson, William Good and wife, Suzanne, of Santa Fe, N.M.; daughter-in-law, Judy Marshall and husband, Herb; a son-in-law, David Kisamore and wife, Sharon, all of Harrisonburg; four grandchildren, Rusty Driver and wife, Courtney, Shayna Driver, Travis Kisamore and wife, Bekii, and Lindsay Horst and husband, Michael; four great-grandchildren; and a stepgranddaughter, Tami Kuhns of Connecticut.

Mr. Good is survived by three sons, Kenneth L. and Lorna Good of York, Daniel and Donna Good and Jeffrey and Lynn Good both of Alexandria, VA; a daughter, Peggy Ann and Philip Parsons of Billings, MT; 13 grandchildren; and two brothers, Alvin Good of East Earl and Earl Good of Denver. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Sherlyn Good.
Good, Eunice Arlene, 89, a resident of Dayton, passed away Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017, at her home. Ms. Good was born March 1, 1928, in Dayton and was a daughter of the late Oliver Lewis and Arlene Simmers Rohrer Good.
She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant View Old Order Mennonite Church.
Surviving are three sisters, Martha A. Wenger and husband, S. Adin, of Harrisonburg, Naomi F. Wenger and husband, Jason, of Dayton and Ruth E. Wenger and husband, Willis, of Dayton, and a brother, Samuel R. Good and wife, Edith, of Harrisonburg.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Good was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph H. Good and John O. Good, and two sisters, Alice G. Good and Esther L. Good.

Kathryn Ruth (Graybill) Good, 86, of Richfield, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2017, at The Manor at Penn Village, Selinsgrove.
She was born Sept. 26, 1930, of Elizabethtown, a daughter of the late J. Roy and Mary E. (Ferster) Graybill. On March 4, 1989, she married Clyde M. Good who preceded her in death on Nov. 2, 2008.
Kathryn was employed as a seamstress, also in various nursing homes, and as a private caregiver.
She was a member of Cross Roads Mennonite Church of Richfield.
Kathryn enjoyed embroidery and binding quilts by hand. She enjoyed 4-part acapella singing and had a collection of song books.
She is survived by a stepdaughter, Nancy, wife of Nelson Martin, of Myerstown; stepdaughter-in-law, Rhoda Good, of Tamaqua; 16 stepgrandchildren; 38 stepgreat-grandchildren; one sister, Wilma Kauffman, of Mifflintown; one brother, Clayton Graybill, of Richfield; one sister-in-law, Mary Graybill, of Kinzers; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by one stepdaughter, Joyce Sensenig; one stepson, Glenn Good; two stepgreat-granddaughters; one sister, Maybell Graybill; and four brothers, Harold, Earl, Glenn, and Elvin Graybill.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday, followed by the funeral at 10:30, at Cross Roads Mennonite Church, Winey Road, Richfield, with her ministry officiating.

Good, Paul T., 85, of Manheim, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Tuesday morning, June 6, 2017 at Hospice and Community Care, Mount Joy. He was the loving husband of Vera (Fox) Good and they would have celebrated 61 years of marriage this July. Born in Hinkletown, he was the son of the late Harvey and Alice (Taylor) Good. Paul was a self-employed farmer, and was a former 4-H leader of the Baby Beef Club. Paul was known to have a "good eye" for cattle. He was a member of Erb Mennonite Church, Lititz and served as a former trustee, and a former cemetery committeeman. He loved using his God given talent as being part of the Elizabethtown Area Men's Chorus. Paul enjoyed visiting "The Cabin" in Union County, and golfing, but he put special importance on spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, P. Timothy husband of Sandra J. (Weaver), Thomas R. husband of Cynthia R. (Lowe); daughters, Linda F. wife of Edward L. Denlinger; Lori A. wife of David A. Painter, all of Lititz; twelve grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Lester T. husband of Kathryn Good of Ephrata, and Raymond T. husband of Nancy Good of Akron. He was also preceded in death by a sister Edna Mae Good.

Good, Raymond T., 83, of Ephrata, went home to be with Jesus on July 12, 2017 at Zerbe Retirement Community in Narvon.
Born in Hinkletown, he was a son of the late Harvey and Alice (Taylor) Good. He would have been married 60 years on August 10 to Nancy (Stoltzfus) Good.
Raymond was a member of the Hinkletown Mennonite Church and the Stoney Brook Hunting Camp. He worked as a farmer for 20 years and later worked in construction at Weber Brothers, Mervin Miller, Stoltzfus Enterprise, Horst Construction, and The Mennonite Home. He took two years off from work to build the addition for Hinkletown Mennonite Church.
Raymond enjoyed singing in different male choruses and quartets. He began singing tenor in The Word of Truth Quartet as a teenager and continued for over 20 years singing for church programs and weddings. He also played fast pitch softball for many years and later was a coach.
Surviving in addition to his wife are three children, Lois, married to J. Martin Hoover of Mohnton, Elaine, married to Cory Sensenig of Denver, and Donald, married to Lyndell (Martin) Good of Ephrata; 9 grandchildren, Jenny, married to Scott Martin, Renee, married to Kenny Grube, Holly, married to Brian Oberholtzer, Josh, married to Gwen (Weaver) Hoover, Kayloni, married to Bret Kurtz, Kelsi Good, Carson, married to Jen (Martin) Good, Natalie Sensenig, and Laura Sensenig; 8 great-grandchildren, Trenton, Travis, and Angela Martin, Leah, Jake, Dalton, and Gracie Grube, and Josephine Oberholtzer; a brother, Lester T., married to Katherine (Eckenrode) Good of Ephrata; and a sister-in-law, Vera (Fox) Good of Manheim.

Good, Richard S., 60, of Port Trevorton, died on Sunday, Sept. 17, 2017, at his home.
He was born Feb. 24, 1957, in Selinsgrove, a son of Paul S. Good, of Port Trevorton and the late Anna Mary (Stauffer) Good.
On Jan. 16, 1982, he married the former Judith B. Martin who survives. They were married for 35 years.
Richard was a farmer most of his life.
He was a member of Stauffer's Older Mennonite Church, Pallas District, Mount Pleasant Mills.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by 12 children, Justin Good husband of Amy (Zimmerman), Jolene (Good) Martin wife of Eric, Harvey Good, Salena Good, Malinda Good, Robert Good, Russell Good, Nathan Good, Rosanne Good, Anthony Good, Nora Jean Good, and Julie Anna Good; eight grandchildren; three brothers, Edward Good husband of Esther (Weaver), Kenneth Good husband of Pauline (Stauffer), and Timothy Good husband of Rosanne (Brubaker); and four sisters, Barbara (Good) Stauffer wife of Harvey, Betty (Good) Martin wife of Elam, Pauline (Good) Stauffer wife of Merle, and Miriam (Good) Martin wife of Stanley.

GOSHEN - Annie Graber, 86, of Goshen, died Thursday, Aug. 3, 2017.
She was born July 14, 1931, in Tuscarawas, Ohio, to Monroe Miller and Mary (Bontrager) Miller Wolf.
Surviving are her husband, Elmer; children Dale (Valerie) Graber, Diane (Byron) Curtis, Eric Graber and Joyce (Mario) Cordero; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and siblings Isaac (Minerva) Miller, Sarah (David) Morckel and Paul (Barbara) Miller.
Preceding her in death were her parents and siblings, Vera Cook, Fannie Wenger and Mattie Hershberger.
Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 8, with the service following at 4 p.m., all at Harvest Community Church, 17285 C.R. 34, Goshen.
Burial will be in Violett Cemetery at a later date.

ELKHART - Carolyn I. Graber, 75, of Elkhart, formerly of Goshen, died at 3:05 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, 2017, at Riverside Village, Elkhart.
She was born Aug. 25, 1942, in Goshen, to Otis L. and Etta C. (Bussard) Weaver.
She married Abraham “Abe” L. Graber on Nov. 26, 1960, and he died June 21, 2004.
Surviving are a daughter, Tammy (Maynard) Miller of Nappanee; sons Tim (Amy) Graber and Terry (DeLane) Graber, both of Goshen; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and one on the way; brothers Kenneth (Dolores) Weaver of Middlebury and Ron (Shirleen) Weaver of Wakarusa; sister Jan (Gary) Ramer of Goshen; and a brother-in-law, Donald Farmwald of Goshen.
Preceding her in death were her parents, husband and a sister, Charlene Farmwald.
Carolyn worked as a head cook in the Wa-Nee School System.
She was a member of Yellow Creek Mennonite Church and a member of Rook Club through her Sunday School class.
She loved to quilt and take care of her flower garden.
Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 25, at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, 311 S. Main St., Goshen, and one hour prior to the 10:30 a.m. service Tuesday, Sept. 26, at Yellow Creek Mennonite Church, 64910 C.R. 11, Goshen.
Pastor Wed Bontreger will officiate and burial will follow in Yellow Creek Cemetery.

GOSHEN - Mahlon Graber Jr., 58, died Saturday, March 18, 2017, at Courtyard Healthcare.
He was born Jan. 25, 1959, in Davis County to Mahlon and Mattie (Yutzy) Graber.
Survivors are: six sisters, Mary Ellen Bateman, Fern (Tim) Sult, Dorothy (James) Gilbert, Magdelena (Kenneth) Stemen, Amanda Davis, Goshen and Joanna (Curt) Yoder; and two brothers, Delmar (Vera) Graber, Cannelburg and Marvin (Carolyn) Graber.
Mahlon was a long time usher at Waterford Mennonite Church and member of the Pathfinders Sunday school class.
Friends may call from 4 - 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 22, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home and one hour prior to the 11 a.m. funeral service Thursday, March 23, at Waterford Mennonite Church. Burial will follow at Elkhart Prairie Cemetery.

Graber, Mark "Jack"

Mark "Jack" Graber, age 52, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at his home in Montgomery, Indiana surrounded by his loved ones. He was born the oldest of 7 children, born in Washington, Indiana, on November 5, 1964 to Phillip and Geneva (Swartzentruber) Graber. Growing up he attended Pleasant View Christian School and was a lifelong member of Pleasant View Mennonite Church.
Mark was a devoted Christian man and demonstrated his love for God through his kindness and his love of helping others. He involved himself in the West End Chapel Kid’s Ministries, community fundraisers, Pleasant View Christian School, and was an active member in his church. Mark’s greatest joy was his life as a farmer, but his greatest love was for his family.
On July 27, 1985 he married his dear, “Ellie” Ellen Kay Graber. Mark spent his life proud to be her husband, as she was of him.
Mark is preceded in death by his father, Philip Graber and sister, Frances. He is survived by his wife, Ellen Graber, sons, Ashley (Julie), Bryant (Kristen), and Logan (Cassie). Grandchildren- Jayston, Kalen, Zavien, Layton, Hadlee and Hayden Graber. His mother, Geneva Graber. Sisters- Joanna (Jason) Knepp, Lisa (Nathan) Wittmer. Brothers- Paul (Gina) Graber, Calvin (Karen) Graber, Kevin (Melanie) Graber and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m Saturday April 22, 2017 at Pleasant View Mennonite Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be held Thursday April 20, 2017 from 2:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m and 5:00 p.m to 8:00pm at Pleasant View Mennonite Church and Friday April 21, 2017 from 2:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m and 5:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m at Pleasant View Mennonite Church.

WASHINGTON [IN]- Marvin Graber, 64, of Washington, formerly of Goshen, passed away Jan. 2.
He was born Oct. 25, 1952, in Washington, to Zetta (Stoll) Lengacher and the late George Graber.
Survivors include his mother, Zetta (Joe) Lengacher of Loogootee; siblings Delmer (Betty Jean) Graber of Washington, Terry Joe (Gwen) Graber of Goshen, Nelda (Dean) Lengacher of Washington, Jolene (Van) McAtee of Loogootee and Sheldon Graber of Washington; 14 nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Marvin was a member of the East Goshen Mennonite Church.
He owned and operated Graber Piano Tuning and was a professional piano technician.
In his spare time, he loved cars, music and water skiing.
A memorial celebration of Marvin's life will take place at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 12, at East Goshen Mennonite Church.

Graber, Mary M. "Marge" Soldner

Mary M. (Marge) Graber, retired librarian and church volunteer died at her home in Goshen, Indiana on July 1, 2017, from natural causes at the age of 87.
Marge was born in 1930 in Bluffton, Ohio, the second of two children of the late Alda (Sprunger) and Noah N. Soldner and grew up in rural Pandora, Ohio. She graduated from Bluffton College in 1951 with a degree in English and journalism and married fellow Bluffton college student Daniel J. Graber, on Nov. 29, 1951. She received a master's degree in Library Science from Western Michigan University in 1972.
During their 60+-year marriage, Marge raised four children, served with her husband, Dan, as director of Camp Friedenswald, and worked as the Middle School Media Specialist for the Edwardsburg (Michigan) Public Schools.
Upon retirement, she and Dan traveled with friends, and volunteered at Camp Friedenswald, Mennonite Central Committee, and many other organizations. She remained active as a church volunteer until recently and enjoyed attending lifelong learning classes in the Goshen community.
Marge was preceded in death by her husband, Dan, in 2012 and is survived by her four children Stephen D. (and Karen Kuzmicz) Graber of Baldwin, Michigan, Peter N. (and Mary E.) Graber of Elkhart, Indiana, Jeanne E. (and Ross) Mielke of Atlanta, Georgia, and Julia A. Graber (Rafe LaFrance) of Gainesville, Florida; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and her brother, Fred (and Harriet) Soldner of Decatur, Indiana, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.
As per her wishes, Marge's earthly body was donated to the Indiana University School of Medicine. A memorial service for Marge will be held on Friday, July 21, at 3 p.m. at Eighth Street Mennonite Church, 602 S. Eighth St., Goshen. Visitation with the family will be the same day from 1 to 2:45 p.m. A short reception following the service will also be held at the church.

Graybill, Elvin L., Sr., 86, of Richland, PA, died peacefully at home on Sunday, March 26, 2017.
Born on April 18, 1930 in Juniata County, PA, he was a son of the late William D. and Hazel (Shelly) Graybill. He was a member of the Texter Mountain Mennonite Church. He married Ruth A. Weaver, daughter of W. Banks and Anna (Weaver) Weaver on January 1, 1953.
Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, Elvin Jr. (Rosann) Graybill, Newmanstown, PA; Charles (Arlene) Graybill, Elkton, MD; three daughters, Anna Jean (Marvin) Hershberger, Bergholz, OH; Gloria and Dawn at home; 21 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; one brother, William (Lois) Graybill, Jr., Mifflintown, PA and three sisters, Pauline, wife of the late David W. Weaver, McAlisterville, PA; Olive, wife of Jacob Gehman, Thompsontown, PA; Helen, wife of the late James Hoffman, Thompsontown, PA.

BRISTOL - Jean Marie Griffin, 67, of Bristol, passed away peacefully May 1, 2017, at the Center for Hospice Care, in Elkhart, after a brief struggle with cancer.
She was born May 30, 1949, to the late George and Grace (Marks) Davidhizar.
She graduated from Bethany Christian High School in 1967 and Emmanuel Bible College in Kitchener, Ontario, in 1971.
She married Danny R. Griffin on June 6, 1976.
Left to cherish all their memories is her husband, Danny; her three daughters, Jennifer (Mark) Spodnick of North Liberty, Michele Brown of Crest Hill, Illinois, and Janelle (Jon) Shirley of South Bend; her sister, Carolyn Bitikofer of Hesston, Kansas; and her brother Alan (Janice) Davidhizar of Wakarusa; two grandchildren, Caleb Spodnick and Gracie Shirley; and several nieces and nephews.
Throughout her life, she applied herself to being a loving and devoted pastor’s wife, mother, and grandmother (GiGi).
She served with her husband at churches in Michigan, Indiana, and Pennsylvania.
Her life patterned after Christ is a beautiful legacy for all of us to follow.
Jean worked for Harman International for more than 20 years.
She was an amazing hostess and always enjoyed family gatherings for holidays and birthdays.
She enjoyed cooking, gardening and spending time with family who will miss her dearly.
Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 6, at Bristol Church of the Nazarene, 401 Hilbish Blvd., Bristol, with visitation beginning at 10 a.m.
Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Bristol.

Groff, Larry Laverne, 73, went home to be with the Lord early Tuesday morning, September 19 [2017] at Keystone Villa in Ephrata, PA where he resided with his lovely wife, Leah Lucille (Martin) Groff.
Born in Reamstown, PA, Larry lived most of his life in the Denver/Schoeneck area where he was an excavator and a general contractor by trade. He owned and operated Larry L. Groff and Sons which continues on by his son, Elvin A. Groff. Larry served as pastor at Martindale Mennonite Church in Martindale, PA for 18 years and he loved helping those in need. He traveled abroad to several countries and to numerous states to assist in rebuilding projects following natural disasters. He enjoyed spending time at his cabin and being with his family. Larry was a devoted member of the Martindale Mennonite Church. He served for many years as a school board member of Gehmans Mennonite School and Terre Hill Mennonite High School. He will be greatly missed by his family, many nieces, nephews and friends.
Larry is survived by his wife, Lucille, with whom he shared 52 years of married life. Larry and Lucille have 5 children, 20 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; Marilyn of Talmage, PA married to Lloyd Martin, Margaret of Denver, PA married to Brian Martin, Kevin of Bradford, PA married to Sheila (Brubaker) Groff, Philip of New Holland, PA married to Sharon (Gehman) Groff and Elvin of Stevens, PA, married to Jennifer (Stauffer) Groff. In addition he is survived by 5 brothers, Richard Groff of Lititz, PA, Donald, Kenneth, Marvin, and Paul Groff, all of Stevens, PA and 1 sister, Martha Jane (Groff) Burkholder of Stevens, PA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Mary Jane Groff, 2 brothers, Harold Groff, Jr. and Robert Groff, and 2 granddaughters, Alisha Martin and Ashley Martin.
The family will receive the condolences of friends on Friday at Martindale Mennonite Church from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be held at the same location on Saturday at 10 am with a receiving of friends from 9-9:45 am. Mary Ann Groff, 83, of Richland, formerly of Stevens, died Friday, May 26, 2017 at Richland Christian Home. Born in East Earl, she was the daughter of the late Abram and Mary (Weaver) Hurst.
She was married 63 years on May 1 to Ernest B. Groff. Mary Ann was a homemaker and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren along with tending her flowers and watching birds. She worked at Eberly Poultry and Martin's Country Market part time. She also enjoyed helping her husband cut quilt patches from scrap for relief. She also had a ministry of sending cards to family and friends.
Surviving are six children, Leonard, married to Dolores (Nauman) Groff of Leola, Linda, married to Philip Hollinger of East Earl, Mary Jane, married to Frank Zimmerman of Leola, Leah Fay, married to Leon Weaver of Reinholds, Barbara Ann, married to Clair Long of New Holland, and Ernest Ray, married to Glenda (Snyder) Groff of Ephrata; 28 grandchildren; and 46 great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death are three brothers, Moses, Raymond, and Samuel Hurst; and two sisters, Esther Nelson, and Margaret Sensenig.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 31 at 10 am at Martindale Mennonite Church, 171 Hurst Road, Ephrata, with the Bishop Daryl Weaver, Dave Sensenig, Eugene Weaver, and Barry Wenger officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery.

Groff, Merlin Louise Barrett, 79 of Quarryville PA went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, 20 September 2017. She was born in Venture District, Bethel Town, Westmoreland, Jamaica, West Indies. She was the daughter of late Walter Barrett and Doris Crimmon. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Clayton Rohrer Groff.
Merlin Louise Barrett migrated from Old Harbour, Jamaica, to Lancaster, PA, in June 1991 to live with James B. McFarlane Sr. family. She met and married John Clayton Groff a family friend. She was a member of Rawlinsville Mennonite Church. She worked as Nurse Aide in NYC and PA. She is fondly remembered and appreciated by the Amish that she always said Praise the Lord when she rides along on trips with her husband who taxied Amish for many years.
Louise is survived by nine of her ten children Avril Amanda McFarlane wife of James B. McFarlane Frystown; Winsome Ionie Kelly of Brockton MA; Oniel N. Harvey "Sherri" of Lancaster: Maxine Elizabeth Barrett-Crespo wife of Josue Crespo of Quarryville; Gene Spence Ricardo Cooper of Jamaica husband of Gwendolyn Bethune Cooper of England: Dezineil Omar Morrison husband of Lolita O'Connor Morrison of Jamaica; Mojibola Adeneke Morrison of Cayman Island; Joseph Franseco Bent of PA; Calvin Edward Bent of Lancaster; Daughter in love Leslie Suarez Morales of Lititz; Step-sons Dale husband of Kim Groff of Dalmatia; Daniel, husband of Yvonda Groff of PA; grandchildren; step-grandchildren; great grandchildren. Funeral Services will take place at Rawlinsville Mennonite Chruch, 838 Susquehannock Drive, Holtwood, PA Monday 2 October 2017 at 11a.m. With pastors Paul Hess, John Reeser and Welsey Metzler officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. There will be viewing at the church on Sunday evening, October 1, from 4-6p.m. and also one hour prior to the service.

Groff, Paul Saylor, 81, of Manheim passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, April 7, 2017. Born in Manheim he was the son of the late Elmer and Alverta Saylor Groff. Paul worked as a custodian for the Lititz Church of the Brethren for 23 years before retiring at the age of 65. He also worked at Bond Foundry and Fuller Foundry prior to retirement. He was the loving husband of Pauline E. (Shertzer) Groff. Paul was a member of Pleasant View Mennonite Church, Manheim. He enjoyed gardening and repairing cars.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Pauline, are four children, Perry S. husband of Twila Groff of Rothsville, Philip S. husband of Serena Groff of Denver, Priscilla S. Groff of Manheim, Patricia S. Groff of Phoenix, AZ, six grandchildren, a brother, Rufus S. Groff of Manheim, two sisters, Verna wife of Carl Wolf and Naomi Hummer both of Manheim.

Gunden, Glen Joseph, 96, of Goshen, Elkhart Co., IN died January 12, 2017 at the same place. He was born July 12, 1920 at Bay Port, MI to John and Rachel (Albrecht) Gunden. On June 27, 1948 at Stryker, OH he was married to Pauline Grieser, who was born March 28, 1922 and survives.
Surviving are children, Doug (June) Gunden; Randal (Debby) Gunden; Burdette (Charlotte) Gunden; Anthony (Jane) Gunden; six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and siblings, Olin Gunden; John Dale Gunden; and Lala King.
A brother, Delmar Gunden; and two sisters, Iva Swartzendruber; and Clara Stalter preceded him in death.

NAPLES, Fla. - Marjorie N. Gunden, 91, of Goshen and Naples, died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2017, in Orlando, Florida.
She was born Feb. 24, 1926, in Hopedale, Illinois, to C. Ralph and Katherine (Eichelberger) Nafziger.
She married Elton A. Gunden in Hopedale. He preceded her in death Sept. 4, 2007.
Survivors include three daughters, Rebecca (Stephen) Smith of Hilton Head, South Carolina, Barbara (Everett) Thomas of Goshen and Carol Gunden of Winston Salem, North Carolina; a son, Steven (Deborah) Gunden of Naples, Florida; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a brother, Lynn Nafziger of Goshen.
Marjorie was a lifelong teacher and educator.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Naples, Florida.
Friends may call from noon until the 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery, Goshen.

Gunden, Marjorie N. Nafziger, 91, of Naples, FL died September 26, 2017 at Orlando, FL. She was born February 24, 1926 at Hopedale, Tazewell Co., IL to C. Ralph and Katherine (Eichelberger) Nafziger. On August 2, 1947 at Hopedale, IL she was married to Elton A. Gunden, who died September 4, 2007.

He was born May 16, 1952 at Pigeon, MI to Glen and Pauline Gunden. Glen was born July 12, 1920 and died January 12, 2017. Pauline was born March 28, 1923 and survives.
On December 27 1980 he was married to Deborah Lederach, who was born April 8, 1958 and survives.
Surviving are two sons, Matthew (Laura) Gunden and Jacob Gunden; and siblings, Doug (June) Gunden; Burdette (Charlotte) Gunden; and Anthony (Jane) Gunden.
Memorial services were held March 26, 2017 at College Mennonite Church, Goshen, Elkhart Co., IN.
